Do
You Wish To Earn More Money On Your Single Phase Stator
Winding?
No need to
measure and try! No guessing of what steps to use! Just
select the winding form size with a step nearest in width to
first span in the stator, making sure it has enough steps to
wind a complete group, and make a sizing loop around the
first insulated span in the stator. Position winding forms
on the holder to pull the sizing loop tight and wind the
coils.
Nothing Could Be Simpler!
The winding forms mount on
our 19" (48.3 cm) or 25" (63.5 cm) holders with an instant
coil release that moves one winding form 2" (50.8 mm) closer
to the other, and are marked in inches for rapid adjustment.
Our holders have a base adaptable to any known winding
machine on the market.

Three New Concentric Heads
 |
Our # 14 winding head is a large
pair of seven-step round top heads to wind stators with a
long bore and wide span for 3,600 RPM (3000 at 50 Hz)
motors, made for use on jet pumps or other similar motors.
It measures 1 5/16" (33.3 mm)
across the first step and 5 1/8" (130.2 mm) across the
largest step. |

Our
# 15-HR High Rib 1" (2.5 cm) Deep winding form is a large
pair of eight-step flat top Concentric heads which allows
winding single phase motors and large concentric 3 phase
motors.
It
measures 2" (5.08 cm) across the first step, 2 7/8" (7.3 cm)
across the second step, 3 3/4 (9.05 cm) across the third
step. 4 3/8" (11.1 cm) across the forth step, 5 1/4" (13 cm)
across the fifth step, 6" (15.2 cm) across the sixth, 6 7/8"
(17.5 cm) across the seventh step and 7 11/16" (19.5 cm)
across the largest step. The slot widths are 1" (2.5 cm)
from one rib to the next rib. |
